Buz Apps: Boosting Users

Buz is a lifestyle and productivity app designed to help users stay connected, organized, and efficient in their daily lives. The app makes it easy to plan tasks, share updates, and collaborate with others — all in one place. Although Buz already had some awareness in Malaysia, the challenge was to get more people to download the app and actively use it. Many potential users had seen Buz online, but they didn’t yet understand its real benefits or how it could make their lives easier.

To change this, Buz launched a social media influencer campaign in collaboration with 20 Malay creators on Instagram and TikTok. The goal was to introduce Buz through authentic, creative, and relatable storytelling, using a soft-selling approach that focused on lifestyle benefits rather than hard promotion.
