Chatto Coffee & Tea partnered with Influenyou to execute a large-scale influencer marketing campaign involving 250 Malay IG & Tiktok influencer and XiaoHongShu (RED) bloggers across multiple Chatto branches in Malaysia. The campaign aimed to increase brand awareness and strengthen Chatto’s positioning as a lifestyle café that offers quality beverages alongside a growing range of plant-based food options. By engaging both Malay influencers and Chinese content creators, the collaboration ensured strong reach across diverse audience segments, particularly young consumers who actively seek café recommendations and food reviews on social media.
As part of the campaign, influencers were invited to visit selected Chatto outlets nationwide to experience the brand firsthand. Bloggers created authentic reviews featuring Chatto’s signature drinks, food offerings, and plant-based menu items, sharing their experiences through photos, videos, and written content on their respective platforms. This on-ground activation successfully generated localized content for different branches, drove organic conversations online, and reinforced Chatto’s commitment to inclusive dining and modern café culture in Malaysia.
