Happy Alliance is a dynamic Malaysian FMCG company recognized for its dedication to producing fun, healthy, and innovative food products—most notably its signature konjac jelly range since 1996. Operating from its advanced facility in Tanjong Sepat,  the company places strong emphasis on quality, safety, and continuous product development. Happy Alliance has grown steadily through a combination of strategic branding, strong distribution, and a commitment to creating enjoyable snacks for all ages. The brand’s credibility is further strengthened through its collaboration with Malaysian icon Erra Fazira, who serves as the official ambassador and brings added visibility and trust to the company.

As part of our engagement initiative, we organized a comprehensive factory visit experience designed to showcase the heart of Happy Alliance’s operations. The visit brought together 20 TikTok influencers and 40 non-influencer participants, offering them a rare behind-the-scenes look at the full konjac jelly production process—from ingredient preparation to packaging. Attendees were able to sample a wide variety of konjac jelly products, gaining firsthand appreciation for the brand’s quality and innovation. The experience also included exclusive interactions with founder Mr.Johnny and brand ambassador Erra Fazira, allowing participants to generate authentic content while deepening their understanding of the brand’s story and values. This initiative aimed to strengthen brand trust, create impactful social media exposure, and foster genuine consumer connection.
